I had to have a conversation with some people at work earlier this week about why “Keep the trains running on time” maybe wasn’t the best metaphor to use in a slide deck for a 400-person town hall meeting. They initially had no idea what I was taking about, but agreed to remove it.

Later, when I mentioned it to someone else, they said “I think that’s just a phrase people use.”
