I could reply to the relentlessly and aggressively negative person’s posts, or I could just unfollow them. The former, while possibly more satisfying in the moment, seems completely unproductive and only ever makes things worse. I have found myself choosing the latter course more often than not over the last year or two, and I am becoming increasingly convinced it is the right way to go.
