I was just listening to some friends talking about what their favorite browser is, and I have to admit that I am completely baffled by people’s strong feelings about browsers.

Like, I don’t use Chrome because I try to avoid Google’s stuff as much as possible, but in terms of functionality, they all seem basically the same to me. They all have tabs, they all load websites, they all support the same basic set of plugins or extensions or whatever that that I need. How fast or slow they seem tends to have much more to do with the network connection and the machine it’s running on.

I just can’t work my myself up to care all that much.
