Someone said to me yesterday “It seems like the New Normal is for it to rain all spring and then not at all during the summer,” and I feel like that is pretty accurate. I am currently reading The Deluge by Stephen Markley; it is difficult to not to look out the window while reading it and feel a creeping sense of dread.
