I don’t much miss GSuite from my old job—we’re on O365 at my current one—but I did really like the feature where you could continue an email conversation in chat directly from the email UI. And then, even better, the chat history was included in the search within the email UI.

With Office, I kind of hate having to try to remember whether I talked with someone about a topic in chat or via email, and it feels weird and clunky to have to manually start up a group chat in Teams.
