Craig beat me to commenting on this past week’s failed test of the Defense Department’s anti-ballistic missile system. Nonetheless, I feel it’s necessary to say that I am shocked, I tell you, SHOCKED! that the test was a bust. The amount of money spent on this program is truly staggering.
