I need to figure out what to do with my old-old website, which has been idling away on an untended EC2 instance for some years now. It’s a static site generated by Pelican with posts dating back to 2003.

A bunch of those were imported from my original self-hosted blog (which ran on Nucleus, iirc) and then from a few different Wordpress instances. I finally settled on Pelican when I first got interested in flat-file sites and static site generators, and I stuck with it until 2018, when I switched back over to Wordpress.

I suppose I could dump the whole thing into an S3 bucket, or I could see about importing the posts here at Micro.blog. Either way, I should figure out something so that I can finally shut down that EC2 instance.
