Although it is more of a love/hate relationship, if I’m being honest.
Really, though—is there anything better than a composition book? While I have certainly bought and used my fair share of fancy notebooks and journals (and even fancy versions of composition books), nothing beats these classic, marbled cover cheapies. I’m a particular fan of these Caliber notebooks—they are the CVS house brand, cost all of $4.49 for the 100-page version, and have great paper that stands up well to just about any ink short of a Sharpie. I’ve bought at least twenty of them over the past few years, and have never been disappointed.
