It seems there is a now a teaser trailer for the remake of Suspiria that is due out later this year:
As with most teasers, it is hard to glean many substantive details from it about the actual film, but it does seem to capture the unnerving mood of the original pretty well.
I will admit that I am not the biggest fan of the original Argento film. I don’t hate it, but I find it to be a lot of style over substance. I am also generally skeptical of remakes. Who knows? Maybe those two sentiments will meet somewhere in the middle and I will like this new version.
